Registration

• EXTRA Banquet Ticket – $40.00
  A ticket is included with your registration. This ticket should be purchased if you plan to bring a guest to Saturday Night's Banquet.
• GUEST – $175.00
  Access to All Lectures, Lunches and Banquet
  Must be a spouse, child, or guest. May not be involved in the practice of equine dentistry and will not receive any certificates of attendance.
• IAED & IGFP Members (Early Registration) – $575.00
  Registration for the IAED 2015 Convention.
  
  IAED members must log in and may simply click to register.
  
  IGFP members must email the association at info@iaedonline.com in order to register at the reduced rate.
• IAED & IGFP Members (Regular Registration) – $675.00
  Registration for the IAED 2015 Convention.

• IAED & IGFP Student Members (Early Registration) – $395.00
  Must be a Student Member of either association. Must qualify as listed below.
  
  For the purposes of IAED Convention Registration: A student must be in their first two (2) years of dentistry. The student rate can only be used ONCE. The only exception to this is if the student can provide proof that they are in a full time unpaid apprenticeship program, or currently enrolled in veterinary school, or an LVT program. They may NOT be engaged in a practice in which they charge for their services. They must hold a current IAED (student) or IGFP membership.
  
  If you qualify as a student please email the IAED at info@iaedonline.com . At that point you will be asked to provide proof that you qualify as a student. Upon verification of your documents you will be provided with a Registration Code.
• IAED & IGFP Student Members (Regular Registration) – $495.00
  Must be a Student Member of either association. Must qualify as listed below.
