Your registration includes:
- Two (2) 8ft x3ft table tops. 1 additional table/top or space may be purchased for $50. Any additional tables after the first 3 must be purchased for $100.
- One (1) Name Badge (Must be worn at all times)
- One (1) Meal Pass (Snacks, Lunch, Coffee (3 days) and a Saturday Night Banquet Ticket)
Additional badges must be purchased for every staff member that will attend the event. They may be purchased for $275 using the "guest" registration feature!

Set Up Time is available on Thursday throughout the day or early Friday Morning, just find an IAED staff member, or send a text message to Meredith Jefferies @ 804.514.1172 and someone will let you into the vendor space. Please plan to stay through the last lecture on Sunday which ends at approximately 3PM.
We also invite you to our Saturday Night Banquet (included in your registration cost). Many of our vendors are kind enough to donate items for our live auction. Please speak with Meredith Jefferies or Doug Raucher regarding donation collection.
We also encourage you to take advantage of the IAED's discounted block of rooms whinch includes breakfast if booked through us. There is also no resort fee.
