Early Bird Registration – $275.00
Your registration includes: Two (2) 8ft x3ft table tops. 1 additional table/top or space may be purchased for $50. Any additional tables after the first 3 must be purchased for $100. One (1) Name Badge (Must be worn at all times) One (1) Meal Pass (Snacks, Lunch, Coffee (3 days) and a Saturday Night Banquet Ticket)

Name Badge for Additional Staff – $205.00

After September 1st

Additional badges must be purchased for every staff member that will attend the event. They may be purchased for $225.00

Electricity is not included, and may be purchased for $30 per booth space.

You are responsible for booking your room the Holiday Inn. Please make sure to tell them you are attending the IAED Convention in order to receive the negotiated rate of just 119 per night! The price listed online with their website may seem cheaper, but the IAED will be charged an administration fee if booked outside of the set price. Please make sure you do it through the proper channels.
