Base fee:
  • Your registration includes: Two (2) 8ft x3ft table tops. 1 additional table/top or space may be purchased for $50. Any additional tables after the first 3 must be purchased for $100. One (1) Name Badge (Must be worn at all times) One (1) Meal Pass (Snacks, Lunch, Coffee (3 days) and a Saturday Night Banquet Ticket)

Additional badges must be purchased for every staff member that will attend the event. They may be purchased for $175.00

Electricity is not included, and may be purchased for $30 per booth space.

You are responsible for booking your room the Double Tree. Please make sure to tell them you are attending the IAED Convention in order to receive the negotiated rate of just 109 per night!
